Buffalo Mafioso Joseph DiCarlo is arrested and charged with coercion in connection with his cigarette vending machine business. At the time of his arrest, DiCarlo comments, "Coercion! What's coercion?" After his arraignment, DiCarlo was approached by newspaper reporters looking for comment. He told them, "I can't make any statement about anything. How can I? I don't know what this is all about."
